How To Make A Booking
First, you must book your party booking with us, this will be 1hr 15min for 25 children for a private hire of the Small Gymnasium with full use of the soft play equipment and Jungle gym. (No Food or Drinks Allowed in the gym at this stage) Parents are responsible for all children attending the party.

( £75 of this fee is non refundable if you cancel the booking after payment is made) Party Size The maximum party capacity of 25 children aged 1yrs to 11yrs Saturday party times 1st Party - 3:45pm - 5:00pm 2nd Party - 5:15pm - 6:30pm Sunday Party times 1st Party 12:00pm - 1:15pm 2nd Party 1:30pm - 2:45pm 3rd Party 3:o0pm - 4:15pm 4th Party 4:30pm - 5:45pm When checking the availability, the chosen space says "Join Waitlist" this means that space has been taken and is reserved.
Caloroso's Party Food
Once your soft play session is confirmed with us, head over to Caloroso Restaurant's party section to place your food booking. The restaurant is situated upstairs from the soft play area. The food booking is a seperate booking to ours and will need to be organised with Caloroso. Caloroso provides a variety of party food to meet your requirements and if not, they are happy to work with you to create an off menu package for you. Terms & Conditions
The amount of £75 from your £125 party booking is non refundable, once payment has been made.* 25 children maximum per booking within the softplay area between 1yrs to 11yrs (not including adults) The Host Parent/Parents are responsible for the safety of all members of their party booking during their Child's Party. (Children are not supervised by ELGC Staff), you must enter the gymnasium once the host has arrived, not before. Due to strict party scheduling, we ask you to be on time in leaving each area. This is so cleaning measures can take place without delaying the following Parties start time. No food or drink is permitted in the Gymnasium at any time unless it is bottled water. Bottled water must however still be kept off the gymnastics equipment and be kept by the benches close to the entrance. Children are to wear non-restricted clothing. (e.g. no jeans, jumpers, lose clothing) No jewellery is allowed. Face Paint, Silly string, sprays, party poppers, balloons, bubble machines etc. are NOT PERMITTED in the gymnasium. It is the Host of the party responsibilities to ensure all party participants are aware of the E.L.G.C health and safety guidelines (provided below) Parents are strictly forbidden to use any apparatus in the gymnasium during the party, they are catered for children only. Important Health & Safety Notice Each client, guest, and all participating members agree that if you engage in any physical exercise or activity, or use any gym amenity on the premises or off premises, including any sponsored gym event, you do so entirely at your own risk. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and use of these facilities and premises and assume all risks of injury, illness, or death. We are also not responsible for any loss of your personal property. This waiver and release of liability includes, without limitation, all injuries which may occur as a result of: 1) Your use of all amenities and equipment in the facility and your participation in any activity, class, program, personal training or instruction. 2) Our instruction, training, supervision. 3) If you slipping and/or fall while in the building, or on the premises, including adjacent pavements and parking areas. * If you decide to cancel your booking at any time after making the initial payment, your fee of £75 will be lost and the remainder will be refunded. We understand that some of the above are unfortunate and may seem harsh given it's a birthday celebration… However our first priority is to keep everyone as safe as possible and these measures have been put in place for that reason only.
